The success of our SERVPRO franchise is our level of communication. From the initial call we receive from our customers to the final job walk-through. At SERVPRO of East Sacramento / West Arden-Arcade, we strive to optimize our communication with our customers, insurance professionals, vendors, our team. We understand that having a clear and consistent communication makes for good organization.
During our initial call to our customers or vice versa, we take down general contact information like name, address, phone, and email to ensure we can communicate with customers that have questions, scheduling, and documentation.
With communication to insurance professionals, we call to provide our customer’s scope of work and coordinate getting coverage for the work we intend to perform.
For our communication with our vendors, we call to coordinate the necessary work for our customers.
During the final job walk-through, we ensure that we can communicate the work that we have performed with the customer whether they are on-site or not to make sure they are satisfied with the work and all that is needed.
We anticipate communicating with our customers and all pertinent parties involved for every job daily, giving job status reports until the job is complete.
Communication is not only with just our customers, insurance professionals, and vendors. Communication is key for our office and production team. It consists of daily and weekly morning meetings with the team to ensure that everyone is on the same page when working together.
