Water Damage in La Riviera

Rain storms have affected many residents in Sacramento. A customer had water damage in La Riviera recently, with water damage to their carpet and pad.

The recent rainstorm has impacted a number of Sacramento residents lately. SERVPRO of East Sacramento/West Arden-Arcade is getting calls about water damage in La Riviera, Sacramento, CA. The customer noticed the carpet near the patio door was damp and wet from the rain storm, and called SERVPRO of East Sacramento/West Arden-Arcade requesting that we pull up the carpet and place equipment to dry. Upon arriving at the job site, we did our initial inspection and determined the carpet and carpet pad are wet. Our team of technicians decided to place one dehumidifier and one air mover to dry it out, followed by daily monitoring. Basic monitoring is provided to check if the area is still affected. Sometimes, we just provide drying equipment, and other times we need to remove affected and wet materials. In this instance, the carpet and carpet pad were dry, so we removed the equipment and completed the job with no further water damage or potential mold growth.
