Water Damage in Rancho Cordova

A customer had experienced water damage in Rancho Cordova and gave us a call to inspect the pipe leak. Water extraction and drying was the first step!

A customer recently called SERVPRO of East Sacramento/West Arden-Arcade after noticing water damage to their carpet. 

We determined the cause of loss was a broken pipe. After performing moisture readings, we noted the  water damage has affected the carpet, carpet pad, baseboards and drywall. In a water damage situation, we begin with the water extraction process. As part of our mitigation efforts, we set our equipment (air scrubbers and dehumidifiers) to begin the drying process to the affected areas. During this time, our technicians monitor the water drying process to make sure it is effective.
