Douglas Scott
Douglas Scott is the co-owner of SERVPRO of East Sacramento/West Arden-Arcade, which he has managed alongside his wife, Kelsey, since 2014. Doug is dedicated to planning for the company's long-term growth while also taking the lead on large-scale loss projects, traveling to respond to major disaster events such as hurricanes and wildfires, including the 2018 Camp Fire in Northern California. With a strong background in restoration, he holds certifications from the EPA in Lead Paint Abatement and from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) in Water Damage Restoration, Fire & Smoke Restoration, Health & Safety, Odor Control, Applied Structural Drying, Carpet Cleaning, and Trauma & Crime Scene Cleanup. Before his career at SERVPRO®, Doug served five years in the U.S. Army as a military police officer, including a 15-month deployment in Baghdad, and later studied business at Central Texas College, honing his leadership and management skills. Outside of work, Doug enjoys outdoor activities like skiing, fishing, and camping with his family. As a father of five, he is inspired to create a brighter future for his children and strives to empower his employees by fostering an environment where they can excel and grow through self-directed learning and hands-on experience.
Kelsey Scott
Kelsey Scott is the co-owner of SERVPRO of East Sacramento/West Arden-Arcade, which she has managed alongside her husband, Douglas, since 2014. Kelsey plays a pivotal role both in the office and out in the field, managing large losses during disaster responses and overseeing company accounts, including daily transactions and final job billing. She also leads employee training and quality assurance efforts, identifying areas where additional skills or education are needed. Kelsey holds certifications as a Licensed General Contractor, an IICRC-certified technician in Water Damage Restoration and Fire & Smoke Restoration, and a Bio-Recovery Technician through the American Bio-Recovery Association (ABRA). Before SERVPRO®, Kelsey worked as a Veterinary Technician in an Emergency and Critical Care unit, reflecting her lifelong compassion for animals, including her horses, which she has loved riding since the age of two. Outside of work, she enjoys camping with her husband and five children. Kelsey is deeply motivated by the opportunity to empower others, teaching skills that have a lasting impact and demonstrating to her daughters that women can thrive in male-dominated fields. Dedicated to ensuring an exceptional customer experience, Kelsey addresses client concerns with care and empowers her team to make informed decisions, while always being available to guide them when needed.
Stonewall Edmonds
Stonewall has been an Estimator at SERVPRO of East Sacramento/West Arden-Arcade since August 2019. In his role, he inspects properties for both self-pay and insurance-claimed jobs, develops detailed scopes of work, and educates customers on the restoration process. He also creates itemized estimates for customers and insurance providers based on the completed work. Prior to joining the team, Stonewall worked for a large hardware store, where he gained experience in various types of mitigation and restoration work, as well as certifications in electrical work and forklift operation. Outside of work, he enjoys working on cars, motorcycles, and his Jeep, as well as outdoor activities like camping, snowboarding, skateboarding, and extreme sports. Above all, he cherishes spending time with his daughter, who inspires him to be his best as both a father and a friend. Stonewall is meticulous and detail-oriented, striving to ensure every job is completed to the highest standard. Working in a small company with direct communication with the owners has motivated him to contribute to the company’s growth through hard work and dedication. He enhances the customer experience by easing their stress after a disaster, maintaining clear communication, and ensuring the necessary tasks are performed efficiently and effectively.
Arturo Guedea
Arturo is the General Manager at SERVPRO of East Sacramento/West Arden-Arcade, joining the team in January 2019. Over the past five years, he has earned certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) in Water Restoration, Fire Restoration, and Biohazard Trauma and Cleanup. Starting as a production technician, Arturo quickly advanced to production manager before taking on his current role. In his previous position, he communicated with adjusters and customers, obtained project approvals, assigned jobs to crew chiefs and technicians, monitored progress, managed scopes of work, and led team training to ensure everyone understood their responsibilities. Before this career, Arturo worked as a server and caregiver for elderly residents. Outside of work, he enjoys sketching realistic monochrome portraits, boxing—a sport he began at age 11 and competed in for seven years—and playing the piano. Arturo is motivated by helping his team grow and excel, striving to empower others to reach their potential. He focuses on ensuring customers are happy and well-informed throughout the restoration process, delivering a positive and reassuring experience.
Kimberly Huynh
Kimmy is the Office Manager at SERVPRO of East Sacramento/West Arden-Arcade, joining the team in September 2020. She manages both the office and overseeing the administrative team to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth office functions. Kimmy is responsible for managing job files, billing, and following up with customers and insurance on outstanding payments. She holds an IICRC certification in Water Damage Restoration and previously worked as a marketing coordinator for a digital signage company. Kimmy earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Sonoma State University and an M.S. in Advertising & Marketing from the University of Hull in England. Outside of work, she enjoys dancing, painting, reading, and traveling whenever possible. Kimmy is motivated daily by the support of her family and the opportunity to engage in creative projects that connect marketing efforts to company growth. She finds fulfillment in seeing the results of her marketing strategies, especially as nurtured leads turn into loyal customers. Her focus is on ensuring customers are aware of the company’s online presence and the services provided, contributing to a positive overall experience.
Stanley Parker
Stanley is one of the Estimators at SERVPRO of East Sacramento/West Arden-Arcade, joining the team in 2017. In his role, he performs initial inspections for both self-pay and insurance-claimed jobs, providing property sketches of affected areas to insurance companies, establishing relationships with customers, and educating them on the restoration process. Stanley drafts price estimates for each project, analyzing labor, materials, and time requirements, while also collaborating with customers on any desired upgrades or changes to their estimates and managing final billing. He holds certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) in Water Removal, Fire Restoration, and Trauma & Crime Scene. Prior to joining the team, Stanley worked as a floor lead in an electronic warehouse and served in the United States Navy. Outside of work, he enjoys building computers, working on cars, and spending time with his children. Stanley is motivated by the opportunity to help customers, finding satisfaction in ensuring their needs are met. He contributes to the customer experience by providing personalized service and support during their time of need.
David Reaney
David is the Production Manager at SERVPRO of East Sacramento/West Arden-Arcade, where he oversees communication with customers and adjusters via phone and email, manages job progress, and ensures customer concerns or complaints are addressed promptly. He coordinates tasks for technicians, guides them throughout projects, enforces safety procedures on-site, handles job documentation, and is responsible for vehicle maintenance. David joined the team in May 2019 and holds certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) in Water Restoration and Trauma and Crime Scene. Before working with SERVPRO, David worked at a ski resort. Outside of work, he enjoys snowboarding, spending time with his family, and tackling house projects. David is motivated by his desire to succeed in every job he manages, with his family and children serving as his inspiration. He enhances the customer experience by providing clear walk-throughs of the restoration process, answering any questions, and ensuring customers feel informed and supported.
Sydney Villanueva
Sydney is the Administrative Assistant at SERVPRO of East Sacramento/West Arden-Arcade, joining the team in July 2023. In her role, she handles customer calls, manages data entry for all communications, updates insurance carriers, and audits job files. Sydney contributes to the customer experience by building rapport with clients and maintaining daily communication to ensure a smooth work process from start to finish. Before joining SERVPRO, she worked for four years as a “broista” at Dutch Bros, where she developed strong relationships with regular customers while crafting specialty coffee drinks. Sydney holds an Associate’s Degree in General Business Management and Administration from Woodland Community College, which equipped her with essential skills to manage day-to-day business operations. Outside of work, she enjoys photography, skating, gaming, reading, cooking, and going to the movies. Sydney’s family and friends inspire her daily, motivating her to work hard and always strive for her best.
Loralei Langford
Loralei Langford serves as the Marketing Support Coordinator at SERVPRO of East Sacramento/West Arden-Arcade, joining the team in 2022. With extensive experience in online marketing, Loralei oversees the company’s digital marketing initiatives, including website management, social media, online reviews, and web-based advertising. She is currently pursuing a Business Marketing degree and will graduate in spring 2025, bringing a solid academic foundation to her hands-on expertise. Loralei is also a dedicated ballet teacher, with a distinguished teaching certificate from the Cecchetti Ballet method and accolades from advanced ballet examinations. Her dedication to both the marketing world and the arts enriches her role at SERVPRO, and her creativity and drive contribute greatly to the success of the SERVPRO of East Sacramento/West Arden-Arcade team.
