Before picture shows mold growth from a leaking Water Heater. Once the water heater was removed we got the scope of the full problem. The water heater was in a closet in the garage and not somewhere you would look everyday. Eventually the customer started to realize there was a problem as more water started to accumulate. 

The after picture shows the Mold removal and clean up. Ready for rebuild!
